Surface Cleaning Solution for Small and Medium-Sized Precision Workpieces
Workpieces are placed on the indoor turntable. The variable-frequency drive system ensures smooth rotation at 0.3-3 rpm. Shot is projected at high speed through top and side blast wheels to achieve multi-angle coverage. The removed scale and shot are recovered by the bottom scraper, conveyed by screw conveyor to the bucket elevator, separated by air-wash separator, and then recycled. Dust is filtered by the pulse cartridge dust collection system before compliant discharge. When the workpiece rotates out of the chamber with the turntable, quality inspection can be performed directly.
Process flow: loading -> turntable rotation -> shot blasting -> rotate out for inspection -> unloading
