Product Overview

This equipment is a high-performance dry dust collector built around pleated cartridge filter elements and pulse-jet cleaning technology. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial fine-dust collection applications.
The unique pleated cartridge structure greatly increases filtration area, with each cartridge offering up to 20-40 m2 of filtration area. For the same air volume, the equipment footprint is only about one third that of a traditional baghouse dust collector, making it ideal for narrow workshops, indoor workstations, and other space-limited installation scenarios.
Operating conditions remain stable, with resistance maintained at 800-1500 Pa. The system provides very high filtration precision for fine dust, keeps exhaust emissions stably below 5 mg/m3, and is designed to meet stringent global environmental emission standards.

Why Choose Our Product?

Authoritative international certification and global compliance: CE, UL, and optional ATEX explosion-proof certification are available. Production is supported by ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems, meeting mainstream market access requirements in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and other regions.

Global service network for continuous production: Overseas after-sales coverage in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia can support fast spare-parts supply, on-site commissioning, emergency troubleshooting, and one-stop technical service to shorten downtime and keep production lines running.

Low lifecycle operating cost: Optimized airflow channels and intelligent cleaning programs reduce energy use and routine maintenance cost by about 15%-20% compared with similar products. Core cartridges can last 2-4 years under normal conditions, lowering replacement frequency and total cost of ownership.

Proven application cases: The system is supplied with well-known manufacturers of shot blasting machines, grinding machines, and sandblasting equipment, and is widely used in automotive manufacturing, aerospace, heavy machinery, and other high-end industries. Reliability has been validated by global market applications.

Working Principle

The equipment uses staged filtration and automatic pulse cleaning for continuous operation. Dust-laden airflow enters the unit through the inlet and is evenly distributed by the airflow distribution plate before entering the filter chamber. Large particles settle into the lower hopper by inertia, while fine dust is intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air passes through the filter elements into the clean-air chamber and is discharged by fan negative pressure.

As dust accumulates on the cartridge surface, operating resistance rises. When the preset differential-pressure threshold is reached, the PLC intelligent control system automatically triggers the cleaning command. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens instantly, and high-pressure compressed air reverse-jets the cartridges. Pulse vibration causes the dust layer to fall as a cake into the hopper.

The equipment uses chamber-by-chamber alternating cleaning, so the cleaning process does not require shutdown and can support stable 24-hour continuous dust collection.

Product Advantages

Compact structure with a very small footprint: Pleated cartridges sharply increase filtration area per unit volume. At the same air volume, the unit is much smaller than traditional baghouse or panel-type dust collectors, saving usable workshop space and supporting compact indoor installation.

Low resistance, energy saving, and economical maintenance: Initial operating resistance is 500-800 Pa, while stable operating resistance is controlled at 800-1500 Pa. Lower fan energy consumption helps reduce electricity cost during long-term operation.

High-efficiency dust collection with reliable compliance: Membrane and nanofiber high-precision cartridges capture >=99.9% of fine dust of 0.3 um and above, achieving ultra-low emissions below 5 mg/m3 and meeting stringent environmental inspection standards worldwide.

Intelligent automatic control and easy operation: Timed and differential-pressure dual-mode automatic cleaning is supported, together with remote data monitoring and automatic fault alarms. Plug-in quick-install cartridges require no special tools and can be replaced or serviced quickly by one person.

Strong sealing, stable operation, and safety: The overall sealing process keeps air leakage below 2%, preventing secondary dust escape and maintaining stable dust collection. Core pulse valves have a service life of at least one million cycles, and the overall failure rate is low.

Wide adaptability and strong customization: Different cartridge materials can be selected according to dust properties and operating environments. Explosion-proof, high-temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant custom configurations are available for complex production scenarios across multiple industries.

Applications

This equipment is suitable for dry fine-dust collection in many industries, including metal processing such as shot blasting, sandblasting, grinding, and welding fume control, as well as woodworking, food production, pharmaceuticals, plastics processing, and battery manufacturing.

It is specially optimized for ultrafine sticky dust and dry fine dust, and can effectively handle difficult dust types such as welding fume, grinding dust, silicon-carbon powder, and pharmaceutical powder. It can be used with shot blasting machines, grinding wheels, grinding machines, cutting machines, and many other processing machines.

The system is well suited to narrow indoor spaces and workstations with high environmental requirements, making it a strong replacement for traditional low-efficiency dust collection equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get a Quote
What is the main difference between a cartridge dust collector and a baghouse dust collector?

A cartridge dust collector uses pleated filter elements, providing a large filtration area, compact equipment size, and low operating resistance. It focuses on fine dust collection and is suitable for conventional conditions with limited space and strict emission requirements. Baghouse dust collectors usually offer stronger high-temperature and corrosion resistance and are suitable for high-temperature or high dust-concentration conditions. Selection can be adjusted according to dust properties and site installation conditions.

How long is the cartridge service life, and how can it be extended?

Under normal dry and clean operating conditions, cartridge service life can reach 2-4 years. To extend service life, keep filtration velocity within 0.8 m/min where possible, avoid overtemperature, high humidity, sticky dust overload, regularly verify cleaning-system parameters, and remove dust deposits from cartridge surfaces as needed.

How should filtration velocity be selected accurately?

The standard filtration velocity range is 0.5-1.2 m/min. For sticky or ultrafine dust, 0.5-0.8 m/min is recommended to reduce cartridge blockage risk. For dry coarse dust, 1.0-1.2 m/min can balance dust collection efficiency and equipment size.

Can the equipment handle high-temperature flue gas?

The maximum temperature for standard polyester cartridges is 65 deg C. With nanofiber or specially designed high-temperature cartridges, temperature resistance can reach 130-150 deg C. High-temperature flue gas should be cooled in advance, or a dedicated high-temperature model should be customized to prevent accelerated cartridge aging and damage.

How much installation space is required?

A small LTC-24 model requires about 3-5 m2, with dimensions of approximately 1.0 m x 0.8 m x 2.2 m. A large LTC-96 model requires about 8-12 m2, with dimensions of approximately 2.5 m x 1.8 m x 3.2 m. Space should be reserved for equipment maintenance and ash discharge.

What are the wear parts, and what routine maintenance is required?

Core wear parts include cartridges, pulse valves, solenoid valves, and blow pipes. A 5%-10% spare-parts inventory is recommended. Routine maintenance should include checking cartridge integrity, cleaning dust from the hopper, draining condensate from the compressed-air system, and regularly testing pulse-cleaning actions.
