Service Policy

Warranty Policy

• Standard Warranty Period:
The complete machine is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Purchased standard components such as motors and gear reducers are covered according to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.

• Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers failures caused by material defects or manufacturing defects, including free replacement or repair of defective parts, together with necessary remote or on-site technical support.

• Special Provisions for Wear Parts:
Consumable wear parts such as blast wheel blades, tracks, elevator buckets, roller sleeves, and sealing strips are normally covered for 3 months after delivery or 500 operating hours after installation, whichever comes first.

The following conditions are excluded from warranty coverage:
Abnormal damage caused by contaminated or damp abrasive media, overloaded operation, insufficient lubrication, failure to follow the maintenance manual, unstable power supply or compressed air supply, or operation beyond specified working conditions.

Global Spare Parts Support and Response Time

Supported by a network of 62 overseas service locations across 22 countries and regions, together with our domestic central warehouse network:

• Direct Shipment from Regional Stock:
Standard parts such as blast wheel blades, tracks, elevator buckets, wear plates, bearings, and seals are kept in regular stock. After order confirmation, standard parts are normally shipped from the nearest warehouse within 3–7 business days. In urgent cases, cross-warehouse transfer or air freight can be arranged.

• Custom Non-Standard Parts:
Custom parts such as non-standard-length tracks, customized roller conveyors, special-purpose fixtures, and large slewing bearings can be manufactured according to drawings or samples. The standard lead time is typically 10–15 days, while expedited delivery can be discussed for urgent orders.

• Recommended Spare Parts Stocking Program:
Based on each machine’s dedicated equipment file, we provide a customized Minimum Safety Stock Recommendation, helping customers keep at least one spare set of critical wear parts on site for immediate replacement in the event of a failure.

Extended Warranty and Value-Added Services

• Extended Warranty Service:
After the standard warranty expires, customers may purchase an additional 1–2 years of extended warranty coverage, with continued technical support and spare parts discounts during the extended warranty period.

• Lifetime Maintenance Support:
After the warranty period expires, we continue to provide remote technical support, on-site troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, equipment overhaul, and technical upgrade or retrofit services. Charges are determined according to the actual scope of work.

• Used Component Evaluation and Recycling:
For replaced metal components such as blast wheel impellers, large gears, and slewing bearings, we can provide residual value evaluation and recycling services.

On-Site Service Charging Policy

If on-site engineer support is required, the service scope, estimated working hours, travel expenses, and labor charges will be confirmed with the customer in advance. We ensure that all on-site service engineers have the appropriate qualifications and relevant project experience. Services required due to manufacturing quality issues during the warranty period are provided free of charge. Services outside the warranty period, or services required due to human error or operating conditions, are charged according to standard service rates.

Customer Responsibilities
