    Staffed with engineers specializing in shot blasting processes, electrical automation, and mechanical design, the center can identify the root cause of more than 80% of common equipment faults through video calls, operating data analysis, and remote PLC assistance (subject to customer authorization). For electrical control and pneumatic system issues, we can also provide program backup downloads, parameter restoration guidance, and HMI/SCADA configuration adjustment services.

  • Regional Technical Engineers (Resident / Mobile Support)

    Supported by a service network comprising 62 overseas service locations across 22 countries and regions, together with our domestic central warehouse network, resident or mobile technical engineers are assigned to key markets. They are responsible for on-site installation supervision, annual inspections, major fault troubleshooting, and customer training.

    Standard response time: within 48 hours for major industrial regions in China; within 5 business days for overseas areas covered by our regional spare parts warehouses.

    For complex operating conditions—such as corrosion protection for complete machines in tropical environments with high humidity and salt spray, optimization of integrated production lines involving multiple machine types, and custom fixture design for non-standard workpieces—a dedicated expert team comprising chief mechanical engineers, materials engineers, and process engineers provides tailored technical solutions.

  • Global Service & Spare Parts Support Center (Continuous Lifecycle Support)

    Supported by our headquarters spare parts center, domestic central warehouse, and overseas service network, we maintain tiered inventories and rapid allocation mechanisms for frequently replaced wear parts, critical transmission components, electrical components, and customized spare parts. Based on equipment model, operating hours, and site conditions, we provide spare parts selection, preventive replacement recommendations, inventory planning, and lifecycle maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime caused by parts shortages. For key customers and continuous production lines, dedicated spare parts lists and annual maintenance plans can also be developed according to actual operating requirements.
