Product Overview

The Drum Shot Blasting Machine is designed for efficient surface cleaning, descaling, rust removal, and strengthening of medium and heavy metal workpieces. With a Φ1500 mm drum and a maximum loading capacity of 1000 kg, it is suitable for castings, forgings, structural parts, and other batch-produced components.

The machine features a 30 kW high-efficiency blast wheel and a typical processing time of 5–20 minutes per blast cycle, delivering uniform and reliable cleaning results. The drum is driven by a 4 kW motor, while the integrated dust collection system provides an airflow of 2800 m³/h to maintain a cleaner working environment.

For easier operation, the machine is equipped with an electric door, hydraulic loading system, and horizontal vibration unloading system. A PLC and touchscreen control system enables convenient parameter setting, stable operation, and improved production efficiency.
